“CCBS,” “Complete Construction Building Services,” the CCBS logo, “Built Right. Managed Smart.” and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of VIVRE Inc. and/or Complete Construction Building Services, LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Project Images and Photography

Project photographs, renderings, and images displayed on the Site are the property of CCBS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. These images are protected by copyright and may also be subject to client privacy agreements.

Construction Services and Estimates

No Binding Agreements via Website

Information provided on this Site regarding construction services, project types, timelines, and pricing is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, estimate, or agreement.

All construction projects require:

In-person consultation and site evaluation
Detailed written estimates or proposals
Signed service contracts
Proper permitting and approvals
Proof of licensing and insurance

No construction work will commence without a signed written contract.

Estimates and Pricing

Project estimates requested through the Site are preliminary and non-binding
Final pricing depends on site conditions, material costs, scope changes, and other factors
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
We reserve the right to decline any project request

Service Area

CCBS provides construction services in the Greater Denver Area and Colorado Front Range, including but not limited to Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Littleton, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Boulder, and Fort Collins.

Service availability may vary based on project scope, location, and contractor scheduling. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.

Licensing and Insurance

CCBS is a licensed general contractor in the State of Colorado and maintains all required insurance, including general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

User-Generated Content

Content You Provide

If you submit or post content to the Site (including contact forms, project inquiries, reviews, testimonials, or other communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for marketing and business purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights to the content you submit
Your content does not violate any third-party rights
Your content is accurate and not misleading

Reviews and Testimonials

If you submit a review or testimonial:

It must be based on your genuine experience with CCBS

Project-Specific Terms

Site Access and Safety

If you engage CCBS for construction services:

You grant us and our subcontractors access to the property during agreed-upon hours
You are responsible for securing pets and valuables during construction
You acknowledge construction sites contain hazards and agree to follow safety instructions
You will maintain adequate insurance on your property during construction

Change Orders

Changes to project scope, materials, or specifications after contract signing require written change orders. Additional costs and timeline adjustments will be documented and approved before proceeding.

Permits and Approvals

CCBS will obtain necessary building permits as specified in the contract. You are responsible for:

HOA approvals (if applicable)
Neighbor notifications (if required)
Utility access and coordination
Any special permits not included in the contract scope

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service contracts. Generally:

Initial deposit required to schedule work
Progress payments tied to project milestones
Final payment due upon completion and final walkthrough
Late payments may incur interest charges

Warranty

CCBS provides workmanship warranties as specified in individual contracts, typically one year from project completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment apply separately. Warranty details are provided in your service contract.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

Estimates provided through the Site will match final project costs

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ARE GOVERNED BY SEPARATE WRITTEN CONTRACTS WITH THEIR OWN WARRANTIES AND TERMS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CCBS, VIVRE INC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site
Any information, estimates, or content obtained through the Site
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES ONLY TO THE WEBSITE. LIABILITY FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES IS GOVERNED BY SEPARATE SERVICE CONTRACTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CCBS, VIVRE Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Site
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Any content you submit or post to the Site
Any false or misleading information you provide in project requests

Geographic Restrictions and Licensing

The Site is intended for users located in the United States, specifically those in Colorado and the Front Range area seeking construction services.

CCBS is licensed to perform construction work only in the State of Colorado. We do not provide construction services outside of Colorado and make no representation that our services are appropriate or available in other locations.

If you access the Site from outside Colorado or the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site (excluding disputes related to construction service contracts, which are governed by those contracts) shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Denver, Colorado.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Construction Contract Disputes

Disputes arising from construction service contracts are governed by the dispute resolution provisions in those contracts, which may differ from these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CCBS.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CCBS regarding your use of the Site. These Terms do not govern construction services, which are subject to separate written contracts.
